     The rules of modern business requires us clarity of asking questions and problems, as well as efficiency and quality of their performance. In order to get the purpose which you want to realize to the audience, to outline the ways which you will reach it, it's not enough just to talk about it to the consumer (boss, potential client, etc.). You need some adjuvant to justify your opinion. Depending on the firm orientation or project specific, miniatures, models, posters, videos may be used. But for today the most popular is presentation. Now it’s impossible to imagine any conference without presentations.

It’s not enough just “put fluff photos and charts in the project, paste 10 pages of your report and, using a set of effects and styles, run cartoony fairies and gnomes on the slides, which will sprinkle the stars and turn the pages of presentation”. Unless you are studio animator, this approach is exactly unacceptable for you. In addition, without knowing what's what, you can unintentionally create a false belief about your incompetence and just unwittingly disgrace the presentation, and not explain the basic essence of your speech. The consequences can be sad - the loss of a client.
